Hazrat Syed Zia-ud-Din Bukhari.

When 360 Syeds migrated from Bukhara (Central Asia) to Kashmir following their persecution orders there, Syed Zia –ud-din chose Kanihama for his mission. He performed many miracles including restoring the eyesight of a small girl. The Syed died in Kanihama and his annual Urs is celebrated on the 26^th of Rajab of Hijri calendar.
